"SUSHI ICHIBAN KAN" means "# 1 sushi house".

            Chef HIROSUKE'S HISTORY
1984 Hirosuke opened his first Japanese restaurant " KABUKI" in Northridge.
His created BSC ROLL was a HIT !
1993 " SUSHI HIROSUKE" in Encino was his second successful restaurant.
