 Many customers (especially Japanese customers) love Chef     Hirosuke's CHIRASHI DON (a variety of sashimi over sushi rice in a bowl). An absolutely beautiful & delicious dish we serve Chirashi Don at a special price during lunch hour.  Once you try it you'll love it !!!
                                   
For you Albacore lovers, we serve Fresh Albacore Cocktail, Spicy Garlic Albacore, Albacore Sashimi Special, and Spicy Albacore Sashimi. Try them all.    
 
 
Everybody who likes Japanese food already knows about Miso-soup. But now we are introducing SUMASHI usually called " Osumashi " (clear soup),  a popular soup in Japan but not in the U.S. yet. Now you can have it anytime at SUSHI ICHIBAN KAN. Using Pi water here, makes our Sumashi incredibly tasty.
